The TeleCoach™ Performance Management System is an on-going performance management program consisting of a written evaluation tool for monitoring sales reps’ performances, as well as a system for managers to record their observations and accurately remember the specifics of each rep’s performance. The program employs a 120-point system to assess the performance levels of sales personnel in various skill categories including: introduction, presenting appropriate solutions, listening skills, rapport, overcoming objections, and closing skills. It provides a means for the sales rep to continue improving and enhancing his/her telephone communication skills, and makes it possible for managers to pinpoint specific behaviors that deserve praise or need improvement.

In addition, the TeleCoach™ can be used to make sure that your quality standards are adhered to by achieving several additional objectives, such as: setting specific daily, weekly, and quarterly individual and team goals, fostering the consistent up-selling and cross-selling of products and services, and measuring the return-on-investment of these efforts.
