The exact length, structure, and content of each class are researched and customized to fit the individual needs of our clients. All Clinics are fast-paced and filled with role playing and exercises.

Day One: Classroom, instructor lead, with skill practice and preparation for Day Two.

Day Two: A classic rep rally. Each rep brings their list of prospects to make calls using the skills learned from Day one.  Our expert trainer coaches each rep while they make calls, to help them correctly apply the tools.  As calls are being made, we conduct incentive contests and reward reps and teams for achieving specified results.

The friendly competition, coupled with expert coaching produces amazing numbers of appointments and well motivated staff.

Our Cold Call Clinic“ can be held monthly or quarterly. They’re great for regional sales meetings or national sales conventions; to launch new products; to augment monthly or quarterly sales training; or just to give your entire sales and service staff the morale boost they need, want, and deserve.
