Critical to the success of any training program is the degree to which the systems, tools and techniques originally taught are followed up on-the-job to be sure they’re being implemented correctly and put to good use.

Experts claim it takes from 18-21 days to own a new skill. Our experience bears this out. In order for a positive change in behavior to occur, it’s essential to have the right follow-up programs in place to support learners immediately after training takes place to ensure skill mastery and underscore your ROI.

PFS follow-up support employs a variety of processes that, when followed, virtually ensure that your reps will continue to use their new behaviors over and over again to get the results they’re after.

PFS will oversee and monitor implementation of follow-up support on an as-needed basis to make certain the program achieves its objectives. This could include troubleshooting any problems that might occur and/or making course-corrections if needed.
